Delivery time & shipping costs

We make every effort to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 5pm, we try to ship the next workday. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are visible at the time of checkout. For orders from € 75 and up shipping costs are free. Delivery service is also shown at time of checkout. This depends on your country. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day after we shipped the product, between 9:00 and 18:00 for dutch orders. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
